Finish Sauna

Finnish sauna has a lot of extremely positive healing effects on the body. The heat expands the pores in your skin, and sweating flushes the dust, dead skin, toxins etc. from your body. Using sauna can help you strengthen your immune system, prevent colds, asthma, bronchitis etc. The heat in the sauna increases the body temperature to 38°C and the body starts to behave in the same way as with elevated body temperature. It starts to produce white blood cells and antibodies, and begins the natural process of healing and strengthening the immune system.

Air temperature: 85°C – 95°C
Humidity: 10% – 15%

Infrared Sauna

Infrared sauna is extremely safe for the body, as it does not burden the cardiovascular system, but also offers a lot of beneficial effects. The sauna works in depth, warms the body from the inside out, so it is extremely effective in detoxification. Namely, the circulation is accelerated, and excess salts, toxic waste products and viruses are flushed out of the body. After the third round of sauna, we recommend one of the massages in our wellness. The heat will soften your muscles, release tension and the massage will be just the tip of the iceberg for perfect well-being. Massages can be booked in advance at the hotel reception.

Air temperature: 40°C – 60°C
Humidity: 50%
